Courtney "C. Nichole" Gilchrist

Attorney Courtney “C. Nichole” Gilchrist is the founder of MG3 Consulting Services, LLC DBA MG3 Law Firm.  A Georgia attorney dedicated to legal advocacy, community mentorship, and empowerment services. Graduated Savannah State University, Magna Cum Laude and Florida Coastal School of Law.  Attorney Gilchrist has built her career on service, justice, and public impact.

As a former NAACP Georgia Youth & College Division President, she led statewide initiatives focused on youth development, education, equality, and civic engagement. Her legal experience includes civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, business law, and the resolution of a multi-million-dollar wrongful death case.

Through MG3 Consulting Services, LLC, Attorney Gilchrist combines her legal insight with community advocacy to educate, empower, and inspire individuals through mentorship and strategic consulting.

Attorney Gilchrist has been recognized among the National Black Lawyers Top 100 and National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. She has also received accolades from Lawyers of Distinction (2020, 2021, and 2026), Top Rated Lawyers in Georgia (2021), and the American Academy of Attorneys Top 40 Under 40.

Beyond her legal pursuits, Attorney Gilchrist is deeply committed to community service and youth development throughout Savannah, Georgia. She serves as a board member for local nonprofit organizations including Stars School Initiatives and Southwest Georgetown Youth Organization, Incorporated. Additionally, she volunteers as a coach at Hesse K-8 School, where she recently helped the boys' basketball program secure the school’s first basketball championship during the 2025–2026 season.

Attorney Gilchrist remains passionate about advocating with integrity, strategy, and purpose while investing in the growth, leadership, and empowerment of future generations and communities.
